Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Caliendo Raspberry Infused Balsamic Vinegar 1/2 cup Caliendo Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tsp dijon mustard 1/4 cup feta cheese finely crumbled 1/2 tbsp parsley dried 1 tsp garlic minced 1 tsp oregano dried 1/4 tsp salt Black Pepper to taste
Preperation
- Blend all ingredients together using a food processor, shaker bottle, or simply whisk the olive oil into a large bowl with the other ingredients.
Serving Size
- Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with toasted pecans, apples or pears. Also great as a marinade for chicken and other poultry. Perfetto!
